Call of Duty 4 on PC sold less than the PS3 version, there are a LOT of people playing illegal copies on PCs though.

No, COD4 PC is probably the best-selling version of all. It could have very well sold 1 million on Direct Download alone, and it is pretty much still on top 10 PC of every country.
