Because when an average consumer sees that a cheaper console is also superior in performance and games on offer, the only thing left is exclusive support. Does the average consumer know the PS4 versions are generally better? I doubt it. Don't confuse people like us with the average consumer. They don't go online to observe the visual nuances. I know you'll find that hard to believe.
