Nope. Certainly not.
The ratio between the PS4 and the XBox One will be much closer in the future. Ultimately, the systems are incredibly similar, and effective marketing/exclusives will shift the balance.
The Wii U is already doing a bit better than it was, and that trend will continue. I'm not expecting any miracles from the Wii U, but its sales will be more than adequate to fill whatever gap is between the PS4 and XBox One.
