but, we realy need a 3DS sucessor?
I mean, we needed DS because we already had technology to put 3D games in handhelds, but GBA wasnt capable of that.
We needed 3DS cos it was capable to do what DS didnt. 3D pokemon battles, monster hunter, smash bros, youkai, etc, DS couldnt handle these games.
Now, 3DS can handle every game that is targeted to a handheld.
Vita is almost dead.
And the big question is: a more powerfull handheld would have a better change against smartphones than 3DS? I dont think so.
and about technology, what they can sell for 150$ to 250$? I dont expect something with HD screen and as powerfull as ps3.
i think is better make new versions of 3DS. maybe a second analog.
the only thing that calls for a 3DS sucessor are the games.
when the time for a new mario kart/pokemon gen/2d mario/etc comes, they will bring us the next handheld, but only bcos of the filosophy of 1 of these games per console.
so, i dont expect a sucessor too soon.
