3G is a technicality. I just mean and always online console. Nintendo has already expressed interest in the idea. I got it directly from them. There is obviously a very Nintendo way of handling it. There won't be a subscription, or they wouldn't have brought up the kindle situation to begin with. It would still have Wifi. Downloads could just be restricted to that if it's such a big issue. |
If downloads are restricted what's the point -_-
And every company ever experiments with ideas. Doesn't change that 80% of them are terrible and get thrown out fast.
And always online console would just eat battery, and users would probably hardly ever use the 4G anyway. Not to mention, there are plenty of places that don't have good connection from one internet provider or the other, and making them pay extra for games for a serivce they can't even use is just terrible.
Nintendo would be wise to just skip past the idea nad release 2 different models, if even that.
