Company promisses 1080p60fps MP and deliver it but technically 960x1080 pixels (which still is 1080 progressive scanned lines) and the other 960x1080p is predicted then we sue.

Since the plaintiff screams he noticed rigth away it was 960x1080p it will be a simple defense that game is 1080p generated and outputed and put plaintiff to distinguish between several 960x1080p against 1080p and he wouldn't be able since he isn't pixel counters and even DF and 3D had a hard time.
