Yeah, look at the new baseline in the graph tools it'll give you all the data.

Remove all trends except WiiU by clicking on them in the legend and do the same for all regions separately. You'll see that the baseline (between the spikes) has doubled for US and EU, and globally, and has jumped a tad in Japan.
