Would you have wanted LBP3 to be 3D?

means that its basically 16 planes stacked on each other, so the character can hop into the background 15 times for example

 

ot To me the additional layers effectively make it a 3d game althought i suppose the perspective is different though

 

That's what I can't picture. Do you know how deep those levels would have to be.
