X1 has no relevance now nor will it. It pretty mush lost all that in a single hour at E3. This gen is nearing over for it, relevent is a pie in the sky possability for it now. Look at its sales it been down hill since the strong launch. Its looking like it may end up in a DC situation where it started strong but just fell apart soon after. Nothing about its sales shows anything posative nor anything that may support future relevence.

X1 reduced the price by taking something out of the box. PS3 reduced the price by eating losses with $100 price cuts year after year. Numbers don't lie, PS3 was causing huge losses even while PS2 and PSP were bringing in profit.
I agree, PS3 did more than any Xbox. The PS3 did more damage to Playstation brand than any Xbox ever could. Hence, Xbox was nothing until PS3. 
X1 will easily pass original Xbox, you're just being silly.
If X1 has no relevance why is Sony spending money to combat it? When Sony buys exclusive support or advertising, that's because of X1.

Lol yahh it hurt ps brand so much. So much that the new ps console set all time records lol.
Just wait another month or two. Wiiu out sales it a few more times. Many will ask if it can pass og box or not.
Competition. Thats why. Even dc was that much. X1 is not relevent sales wise or market importance wise. And sony sure seems to be enjoying stomping all over them.
