The firm (Edelson Pc) is seeking more than $5,000,000 for this. The same firm that hit Sony and EA in 2011 about the free battlefield 1943 to PS3 owners that purchased BF3 but failed to deliver the extra game. The same firm that is behind the class action suit against Sega and Gearbox that alleges the 2 companies falsely advertised Aliens Colonial Marines.
