I reckon 1.8m LTD. It has an advantage over FRLG because it offers a more meaningful upgrade and the time gap between ORAS' and RSE's releases will be longer, but as much as I love 3rd gen (my first pkmn games) I don't think it's as popular as Gens 1 and 2, plus the relative decline from 3DS and DS won't do it too many favours
Still, I guess the best way will be to use COMG numbers once we get them and compare to previous Pokemon games, so I'll hedge my bets for now
