I do think X1 will surpass Wii U eventually, but that prediction is a bit to short term. 

I said shipped, the shipment gap is 1m. WiiU barely managed to stay on par with XB1 this past Q despite launching MK in the middle of it. What hope does it stand against XB1 releasing in 40+ new countries?

And before you say it, even an average of 10k per country is 400k. But we know they're shipping 100k to China and they will do 50k+ to Japan, it all adds up. WiiU will likely be down as well.
