Because WiiU won't be 10/11m, Nintendo have a long track record of missing their WiiU forecasts, and they only forecast 9.5m shipped by Mar 31st 2015.

XB1 will outship WiiU LTD by end of September.

who cares about shipments,i m reffering to sales!as for shipments ,here is an example, toyota shipped 5m cars, honda 10m cars toyota sold,4.5m honda 4M...honda wins because outshipped toyota?

Invalid comparison, once XB1 passes WiiU in shipments it means it officially takes 2nd, and sales will catch up. XB1 has the opportunity to sell 40m+ easily, WiiU does not.
