If Nintendo advertises the crap out of everything they have for this holiday season then they should be able to hit 10M. Heck I want to see TV ads for Wii U games that came out awhile ago. Have like a mosh ad with games showing off DK, Pikmin, Lego City, 3D World and many other games.
"I think it will be the HDS"-Me in regards to Nintendo's next handheld.
