Wii 30M vs PS3 20M is pretty ridiculous. Wii 40M vs PS3 20M is much more interesting.
Depends entirely on how much GTA4 and MGS4 manage to increase sales, and how much Nintendo decide to increase production by. The financial year is about to change, and that's usually when they increase production, right?
