3G, Triggers and Bumpers would be a waste...pretty much agree with everything else !

HD screen aroud 720p (or slightly lower than that) is the most important thing for me....but it shouldn´t be 1080p. I don´t want a repeat of the Vita situation where the vast majority of more taxing games is running at subnative resolution.

Edit: And I agree with dropping 3D too. It looks nice, but it is expensive. You could get a better resolution 2D than 3D screen for the same money.

...and the pricepoint will be very important !

How would those things be a waste? Most people play handhelds on the go, so having a handheld that can access the internet wherever you go is literally staying modern. And not having bumpers when there is a viable way to implement them while keeping the same formfactor limits the potencial games the system can get and limits the synergy between it and it's home console counterpart, making it difficult to play the same game across platforms. That would be a waste. Instead you'd have a Vita situation where everything is almost cross playable.

You´d need a seperate contract for 3G Internet ...and nobody is willing to get 2 contracts at once (everyone has one for their smartphone already) .

Look at the 3G Vita vs Wifi ratio. Shops were selling launch 3G models cheaper than Wifi models more than 1 year after launch because nobody wanted them.

And Bumpers are pretty much impossible if you try to make a system as compact as possible. They take a lot of room compared to digital triggers.

Did you even read my post? I offered solutions to both of those issues. The bumpers would be like the ones on the Wii classic controller which would keep the design compact. The cost for 3G would be factored into the price of the games. No subscription fees. Problems solved.
