i do like and use the 3d all the time on my 3ds when i play it. i guess for next gen i would push for more power and AA instead of 3d.
dont take a failing page from sony and make a proprietary memory card and way over price it, the SD card thing is much better.
Some kind of achievement or trophy system would be nice. it would definitely add replay value to already good/great games.
Also, duel analogs!!
