Yes, here in Europe we get the limited edition with the scarf. Looks cool, and coincidentally I could use a new scarf, but no Triforce clock for us sadly. Bit of a problem though, I'm on vacation by then so I can't claim my pre-order on time. Might want to have to order it somewhere else that sends it to me instead...
Anyway, here we only get the Ganondorf-costume DLC for registering with Club Nintendo, while there's "information later on" about the other DLC packs. They will probably just be put up for download at some point. Weird that in the US there's this strange construction if I understand you guys correctly.
Personally I would have preferred these things to be unlockable within the game itself like stuff like this was in the old days, but the costume changes were probably never going to be part of the game in the first place, so it's addition through DLC doesn't matter much. I'd be upset if they excluded whole parts of the plot, extra modes or characters for DLC.
Game itself looks okay, the Direct didn't make me more excited for it. Looks like mindless fun to have in short bursts. Some strange things, some cool things, but what I like the most is the Adventure Mode. Reminds me of a similar mode in SoulCalibur 2, which was the best mode of the game. I think that alone will be worth it.
