Interesting how most of those countries think Saudia Arabia and the Gulf arab states are funding them. KSA and the Muslim Brotherhood, which are both Wahabi, claim Iran and Syria is funding ISIS. That wouldn't even make any sense since ISIS is fighting against Bashal Al Assad's government, so why would the Syrian regime fund them?! |
There's a lot of crap that comes out of governments mouths, I wouldn't go too deep into that graph.
That said, even though ISIS is fighting against the Syrian government (or more specifically the ideas of Bashar Al Assad) that doesn't mean there might be some individuals inside the Syrian government who are indeed cooperating with ISIS, and thus the "ISIS is funded by the Syrian Regime" is very possible.
Most Middle East countries are very unstable, a big dog from the government selling stuff to ISIS is not really hard to believe.
