In situations like this you have to fight. The Iraq military and its citizens have to step up and seek foreign help. Unfortunately the US now has little presence in Iraq and Israel is busy with their own enemy. Europe's not going to be any help; except, maybe, Turkey. Iran is probably going to be Iraq's biggest supporter in this endeavor. It'd be nice if Turkey and Saudi Arabia joined in as well to show some solidarity in the region.
