I think MC would take the crown, simply because I've played Halo the longest.
Although, MW2 Ghost springs to mind, and several other chars from ME universe.
But on the reflection, I really found dialogue and character design of Legion from ME2 significantly better, or Garrus.
Fuck it, I can't decide.
