Forgive me for not stalking your life, but let me take a contextual guess at the situation here...

Mario Kart 8 disc in the system, system sent in for repair, came back without Mario Kart 8.

Did I get it right?

If so... SERVES YOU RIGHT FOR BEING A BELIEBER!

Actually no.

If I remember correctly, his game was freezing in particular tracks. So he called up Nintendo and they acknowledged the issue, and told him to send in the game disc as they would replace it. But alas, he got back an empty case.

Either way your belieber comment stands.

Well THAT'S interesting... If the game was freezing, what made them think it was the game disc?  If the game disc is damaged enough to cause freezing, you can see this physical damage on the disc.

Though, if he sent in the game disc and didn't get it back, that really is kind of funny
