my point is i see gt5 pro selling 2.5m-3m if you wanna count the downloads 3.5-4.5

You have obvious excitement for this game, but I think you are way overestimating the downloads. Most people can drive to the store, buy the game and be back before the game would be downloaded. I am thinking that 30,000-50,000 is a more likely number for first week download sales.

Is there any way to really know this?  Or even get close to an estimate?

 My instinct would actually tell me that the majority of people will download it.  You get it the instant it becomes available... you don't have to pre-order... you don't have to call around hoping to find it at a store.

 I once did some informal "polling" of people in-game on Warhawk...  I asked who bought the game and who dowloaded it... the vast majority (that replied on the mic) said they downloaded it... Considering that the retail version actually came with a mic, I thought the results would be skewed the other way.

 How do we find out what the download sales are?

 I wouldn't even think to get the hard copy.  I like the convienience of being able to launch the game at any time w/o having to eject anything and swap discs.
