I love the idea of holidays based on activity. Halloween is my favourite Holiday because of dressing up, trick or treating, halloween parties.
So I have a great deal of respect for April Fools. A lot of people really suck at it, but thats just part of the charm. Being able to actually pull a fast one on someone, and knowing that at the end of the day, regardless of what that practical joke was, it's all ok because it's in the spirit of the holiday... We need to savour events like this.
I am a proud supporter of April Fools, even if I myself have very rarely risen to the occasion.
