PS360 have better legs because WatchDogs buyers on these consoles had less awareness about the game. They probably weren't that excited about it at the beginning and bought it thanks to word of mouth without the need of the superior version. It doesn't change the fact that WD FW on PS4/X1 was big, probably bigger than PS360 versions legs.
