I'm talking about AMD hd7xxx cards here to be clear, otherwise that explains why you posted the video, you didn't do any reading. Ps4's gpu is a customized version of the HD7870, with two compute units turned off and a slightly lower clock speed. The result is a gpu that's actually a marginally faster than a HD 7850. The Xbox One is pretty much identical to an HD 7770.

AMD Radeon 7xxx cards are high end PC GPUs, no the PS4 is not a costume made one, otherwise it would cost 800 at least.

Seriously if you don't now what you are talking about don't open these kind of threads, an HD7850 is an mid-end card costing just over $100 these days:
