You don't need a 500$ rig to play 1080p 60fps with minimal graphical settings...

PS4 would melt to try & run BF3/BF4(I regret it so much)/Crysis2/Crysis3 @ 1080P 60-80fps on highest graphical settings like my PC, of course I paid 1250€,  2 years ago, but still, for a 2 y-old rig, I play pretty much any game on max settings, wich the PS4 is way off...

You're PC costs 3 times that of a PS4 and performs let's say 50% better.

 I think you missed the part where I said that I paid 1250€ 2 years ago, now you can build a PC like mine for about 800/900€, it's still more expensive than a PS4 but I can do a whole lot more with it than you can do with a PS4!

& 1 last thing , I can assure that my PC performs a little bit more than 50% better than a PS4, on benchmarks my GPU has more than double the performance than PS4 GPU & my K i7 smokes ps4 CPU. I have more/faster RAM too so from I've seen, I'd say that I'm between 100/150% better performance over the PS4. On top of that you have to add the on-line cost of PS+, 60€/year, so for the 4 years I keep my PC where playing on-line is free, you pay 240€ to play on-line, so now your PS4 is costing you 640€ to do less stuff than my PC. Also don't forget that I get the better versions on PC with mods & community add-ons & I get to play FPS with mouse+keyboard...
