Changing in life is always hard, try to change small stuff.. Do you ride your car a lot? Try using a bike for the smaller distances.. I always feel pretty good (also to get some of the fat away and getting in shape) after a nice bike ride.. Or maybe change your diet.. I used to have meat at least 5 times a week but I cut that back to 3... I'm not 21 anymore where I can eat a lot and don't have to worry about my body.. I sometimes take the stairs instead of the elevator.. Sweated like a pig at the start.. now I can comfortably climb 5 stears. Change some small things that make you feel better..
