PS4 and PS Now is a way better deal than buying a PS3 if you have good internet. I would save the $200 - 250 it would cost to get a three and use it to play the games on PS Now. I would love to go into more detail, but the beta is still under NDA, so I won't be able to say anything until that is lifted.
For the moment waiting is probably the best option. If you have not had a PS3 all this time a couple more days/weeks won't hurt. The beta will open to everyone in the US this thursday according to Sony's E3 announcement. You will have a lot better idea of how well PS Now works, and what kind of offerings they have very soon.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you.
