@OP: MS or Sony are absolutely NOT allowed to just 'reject' the ESRB rating and apply their own. The ESRB is government-sanctioned--games don't technically have to be submitted to them at all, it's just that there's little chance a retailer will accept them. |
no it isnt, the government has been upthe ESRB's ars for years becasue they dont think it works and want to regulate gaming themselves like they did movies.
