* Buy the way you want—disc or digital—on the same day
* Access your entire games library from any Xbox One
* Share access to your games with everyone inside your home
* Give your family access to your entire games library anytime, anywhere
* Trade-in and resell your disc-based games
* Give your games to friends
MS had everything covered but were unable to comunicate it with the internet-mob.
We would have all the pros of a modern system for the cost most of us pay when we use Steam or AppStore.
*EDIT*
it would be even better than Steam as you coud sell your disc-based game, and give it to friends. You can not do that on Steam can you?

Let's not forget:
*Any disc based game is useless after installation. Requiring the publishers permission to trade in a game (at participating retailers only)
*24 hour check ins... "as if you're an ex-con, and Microsoft's the fucking parole board"[Jim Sterling]
*Required broadband connection
*$100 peripheral no one asked for required Kinect required
I think MS "communicated" everything juuuust fine.

All this, except for the Kinect, is true if you buy games at Steam too, yet the internet-mob loves Steam.
