I buy just about everything digital now. Way more convenient and frankly, more modern. I mean, I'm about to sell the last of my physical stuff to buy them digital, but I wouldn't really care if I couldn't. I bought them all cheap (new) and wil get even less for them.
The only things I buy physical now are games I know I won't return like the Pokemon's and the Zelda's, and I've even broken that rule already since I bought OoT3D and ALBW digital, I own WWHD digitally, my favorite game of all time, and plan on buying Alpha Sapphire digitally.
