Also I think Chrono Cross is an interesting case. That game came out with excellent reception to it but over the years, there are Trigger fans that hate Cross but personally, I absolutely love it. |
I recently bought Suikoden II. I played a lot of PS1 JRPG's, but shamefully must admit never to beat one. Played a most of FFVII and a bit of XenoGears/Chrono Cross, I'm really looking forward to having some spare time to beat these gems.
Howver can you really say any of these are under-rated? Never heard a single bad thing about Suikoden and Chrono Cross (just that Trigger fans prefer tigger).
P.S. YEs Chrono Trigger is my favorite JRPG, and I have yet to get into Cross (but from what I have played I loved it)
