Well, Sony owns the IP in most of those cases. Nintendo did not own the Xenoblade Chronicles IP, that was owned soley by Monolith Soft. I consider Pokemon a first party Nintendo title, even though it is developed by a second party company (Gamefreak), because the IP itself is owned by Nintendo.

it's not their studio anyway, doesnt belong to Nintendo, the focus of the studio is for Nintendo, the money comes from nintendo, but they don't own them, as you can see in the list of wiki, they even made a game for PS (click medic)
