This, alongside their cavalier approach to my personal information, is one of the key reasons I'm not getting a Microsoft console this gen.
There's no exclusives that I particularly care for, and I'm not willing to pay hundreds of £ in order to have my personal information sold on to advertisers and intelligence agencies.
I don't trust Microsoft anymore.
