Yes but it's beleived that the Zora evolved from the Parella which were clearly inspired by seahorses. Female seahorses inject their eggs into males, and then the males incubate and give birth to the children. It is entirely possible that Princess Ruto has a 'fishstick' hiding under those sparkling blue scales.
