Now that the Vita has a lasting success in Japan, do Wii U owners have hope or the same type of lasting turn around?

Sony has certainly abandoned the Vita. It's success in Japan will most likely be temporary, but we'll see.

Temporary? Not likely. Third parties see it sells games in japan, like the psp before it.

Right. Just like the PSP before it. This isn't something we haven't seen before.
