Chibi-Robo hasn't seen one since '09 (two sequels, one only in Japan)

Art Style hasn't seen one since '09

Xenoblade Chronicles is NOT a Nintendo-created franchise

Endless Ocean hasn't seen one since '09

Golden Sun saw one in '10 after almost 8 years since the last

Kururin hasn't seen one since '05 

Starfy hasn't seen one since '08

Rythem Tengoku hasn't seen one since 2011 

Nintendogs hasn't since 2011

Big Brain Academy hasn't since 2007

Brain Age I'll give you

Elite Beat Agents hasn't seen one since 2007

Trace Memory hasn't seen one since '09

Fossil Fighters Frontier I'll give you

Steel Diver is a horrible game with an even worse F2P sequel, and was developed in conjunction with an outside team.

Dillon's Rolling Western is terribad, along with its barebone sequel

 

So, the majority of the games you listed had the last game in the series come out 5 or more years ago (usually more). The few that survive to now are usually very small titles, many download-only, and most have terrible metacritic scores.
