Nintendo securing Bayonetta 2 and Devil's Third reminds me a lot of when they got No More Heroes and Mad World on the wii. Sort of trying to expand the demographics, except these games are sort of the hormone addled twelve year old's idea of mature (I am glad that the op put mature in quotations) and won't go far in changing anyone's preconceived ideas of nintendo. I'm sure that comes off harsh but I don't mean it to be, I rather enjoyed no more heroes and mad world, though bayo wasn't my cup of tea; I don't mean to imply that they lack merit, besides the real difficulty is more that the audience they attract is very niche and their overall impact on the wii u's success will be minimal.
