If you actually read the link it says the gap increased by 30k in June

Wii U is also 1,700,000 units ahead of the Xbox One

This is literally a site for traking sales and you don't know that?

VgChartz  says xbox 1 has sold aprox 300,000 more than the Wii u in 2014 again that represents a decreasing gap that includes the 30k sales lead the Wii u had in June

yes  that is why I included sales data in my post-   Do you think only positive Wii u sales data counts?   I m pulling for the Wii u as that is the console I own but I can also acknowledge reality
