Exactly. Microsoft is clueless when it comes to this and that's why the adoption rate for W8 was garbage. Laptop users don't want a tablet or a portable OS based on touch. They have keys!
Apple is the only company that saw their PC shipments grow over the last quarter and that's because they understand what consumers want.
