 jan july is the interval>...so 1.3 wii u 1.8 xbone(2014)!comparing different years...is this right?its not! 

Why should it not be right? I aligned the launches, people do that all the time, because logically one can assume that the product that entered the market a year later is also going to stay on it for a year longer.
