I think Watch Dogs exceeded expectations. How many better developed open world games are out there that have failed to meet expectations while a massively bug ridden game on all versions breaks Ubisoft records?
Watch Dogs has already outusold The Saboteur, Sleeping Dogs, Scarface the World is Yours, Driver Parallel Lines, Driver San Francisco, Saints Row 4, and .6m away from outselling Saint's Row the Third. To be fair, it has sold on two more consoles than each of these games, but these sales are all within two months. Watch Dogs has sold several times more copies than Everything but the Saints Row series Watch Dogs sold multiple times more.
