Alot of people say that but it has never been the best selling title on any platform
SNES-4th, N64-2nd, GBA-5th, GC-2nd, DS-3rd, Wii-2nd, 3DS-2nd, Wii U-4th (currently)
So its more like Mario Kart is one of the best sellers and most consistant franchises always selling in the top 5 on any platform.
When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.
