Other than that your complaints have either been long existing problems or due to cheating which has nothing to do with Nintendo and Gamefreak.

There is a 2-3 hours long sidequest in the main city after the game. But the post game is bulding a team for online play and the Battle Mansion.

ehhhh 2-3 hours seems to be stretching it, I remember I finished it pretty quickly. And there's a Battle Mansion equivellent in every game and you can team build in every pokemon game also. Compared to other games in the series where there was a battle frontier or isalnds to explore that took hours to complete X&Y is seriously lacking.
