The lower-level bosses might do, but the executives look at what potential revenue it can give to the company as a whole longterm and then say "Yay" or "Nay". MS work in the exact same way only on a much larger scale and with a slightly different focus. |
I do actually feel like Iwata actually really loves video games. And no, im not actually part of this discussion.
