Which RPG will do better Fire Emblem x Shin Megami Tensei or Xenoblade Chronicles X in sales?

Alright let me lay something out for you. The highest selling Fire Emblem game sits at give or take 1.5 Million units. Highest selling SMT game(not persona) sold less than .5M Highest selling Persona game sold around .8M

Xenoblade Chronicles sold .85M with limited stock and was pirated over a million times. I can promise you that most everyone who played that game wants another one. 

I am not saying they don't, I am saying more people will buy FE x SMT than X when they actually reveal the game. Most people seem to choose X just based on the trailer and I agree, its an epic trailer and what they showed at e3 was also epic and its a day 1 purchase for me but... We don't even know how FE x SMT even looks like and people seem to dismiss it soley based on that... Fire Emblem is also a lot more well known franchise than X is imo. Granted Xenoblade had issues with stock and it probably would have sold more but I do think that the power of two, more well known, franchises still outweigh the power of one. (Provided the game turns out good that is)

Given the scope of XC-x, I think it would be damn near impossible for it not to sell better on Wii U.  Fire Emblem and SMT have little mainstream appeal, and their fanbase is tiny.  Xenoblade lacks a fanbase as of yet, since there's only been one game, but I guarteen you that Xenoblade appeals to a much bigger demographic.  Besides, Fire Emblem has never sold well on Consoles.
