Which Pokemon is the "Best Looking" which one is the Worst looking?

I have never even played Pokemon.

I think Celebi looks quite cool though.

Also the fox-like ones where one fox can evolve into one of three (rather than the usual linear evolving). I can't remember the name.

perhaps Pidgeot too (or it's evolved form)
