That's an oversimplification of what Turkish is saying. I don't think he's doubting a spike in sales, I think he feels the final result and the narrative prior to the final result are at odds.
I had ALSO assumed BenV had a much broader grasp on Gamestop sales, but that's MY assumption and can't in any way be BenV's fault. I will still use what he says as a rough indication of how things are going simply because he's been right many times.
