Sorry, but the Mario Kart 8 release is a one time thing. The real test is whether it will hold onto these good numbers. The XBox One is already starting to pull ahead of the Wii U this month....
Although there is one possibility I can think of. After the horrible sales of the past year, Nintendo lowered production of Wii U's and are now selling out at only 60 000 a week. This would be good news as it would mean that Nintendo only has to ramp up production.
